Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To qualify, it must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with any seals intact.

To start a return, contact us at seller@yidzon.com or through the Contact page with your order number. We email you a prepaid return label; drop the parcel off at any carrier location. Returns are free within the United States.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not shipped: contact us right away with your order number. Once it has shipped, use the 30-day return instead.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost.

Exceptions

Opened or used fragrance, skincare and makeup cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or wrong. Gift cards are not refundable.
