Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
- Valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required.
Category-Specific Guidelines
- Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable once opened.
- Hair Care Products: Must be sealed and unused.
- Jewelry, Watches & Sunglasses: Must be returned in original condition with packaging and certificates (if applicable).

- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy
