Our Returns Center is designed to provide a quick, transparent, and hassle-free return or exchange experience for all our customers.

Start a Return Request

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders
2. Select the order and item you wish to return
3. Choose the reason for return/exchange
4. Submit your request

Request Review & Approval

• All requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours
• You will receive confirmation via email or SMS

Pickup & Shipping

• Approved returns will be picked up from your address (serviceable locations)
• If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product
• Ensure the item is properly packed with original packaging

Refund / Exchange Processing

• Once the product is received and inspected, we initiate refund/exchange
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Exchange orders are shipped promptly after approval

You can track the status of your return or exchange request in your account dashboard.
